注：call偶爾也可接由動詞不定式充當(dāng)補(bǔ)足語的復(fù)合賓語。call接復(fù)合賓語時,如賓語為動詞不定式或動名詞,而其補(bǔ)足語為形容詞或名詞時,則須以it置于賓語位置上充當(dāng)形式賓語,而把真正的賓語置于其補(bǔ)足語之后。

1、call at
表示“拜訪;�？俊保竺嬷饕影菰L或�？康牡攸c(diǎn)。
例句：
I shall call at his home tomorrow.
我明天要到他家里拜訪。
The ship called at several ports between Dalian and Shanghai.

2、call on
表示“號召;拜訪”，后面主要接號召或拜訪的對象(一般指人)。
例句：
He called on the workers to fight for their rights.

3、call up
表示“打電話;使想起;征召”。
例句：
She called up a friend just for a chat.
她打電話給一個朋友，只是要聊聊天。
He was called up at the beginning of the war.

4、call off
表示“取消”。
例句：
They wanted to get us to call off the strike.

表示“需要;要求”。
