　　這幾天不知道怎么了？我的牙忽然疼了起來，真要人命��！俗話說“牙痛不是病，疼起來要人命�！�

　　經(jīng)過這幾天我上網(wǎng)查找和問爸爸媽媽牙痛是什么原因？終于知道了我為什么會牙痛，那是因為我上火了！都怪我平時吃太多火氣重的垃圾食品，還有就是我刷牙的時候沒有刷干凈�，F(xiàn)在好了吧，我現(xiàn)在不能吃東西了。我真后悔當初吃了太多垃圾食品和牙沒有刷干凈，導致了我現(xiàn)在的下場。

　　最后，我奉勸你們，千萬不要吃那些火氣重的垃圾食品，還有刷牙的時候要仔細，不能隨便刷刷。如果你們不想牙痛的話，就聽聽我的話吧！
