would與will的區(qū)別如下：

　　1.表示意愿時(shí)的區(qū)別：

　　will 表示現(xiàn)在的意愿，would 表示過(guò)去的意愿：

　　（2）She asked if I would go with them. 她問(wèn)我是否愿意同他們一起去。

　　2.表示征求意見(jiàn)或提出請(qǐng)求的區(qū)別

　　主要用于第二人稱(chēng)的疑問(wèn)句中，will 和 would 均可用，would 此時(shí)并不表示過(guò)去，而表示委婉語(yǔ)氣：
