　　我先把餃子皮平攤在手掌上，再用筷子把肉夾到餃子皮中間，不能放太多也不能放太少。用食指沾上一點水，在餃皮的邊緣涂一下，再捏一捏就大功告成了。包完餃子，看著桌子上形形色色的餃子我開心極了，一會兒餃子就出鍋了，吃著自己親手包的餃子味道好極了!

　　I first spread the dumpling skin on my palm, then use chopsticks to clip the meat into the middle of the dumpling skin. I can't put too much or too little. Dip your index finger in a little water, smear it on the edge of the dumpling skin, and knead it again. After making dumplings, I am very happy to see all kinds of dumplings on the table. After a while, the dumplings will be out of the pot. It's delicious to eat the dumplings made by myself!
