弱點(diǎn)(Weaknesses)

　　你認(rèn)為你自身需要改進(jìn)的地方，無論是工作習(xí)慣，還是專業(yè)知識(shí)，或是交流能力，等等。任何一個(gè)潛在的弱點(diǎn)必須附有能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。(Areas that you perceive that you need improvement in，whether it be work habits，business knowledge，communication，etc. Any potential weakness must be spun into a positive answer which converts it into a potential strength.)例如：
